Noelle’s Foster Kittens was established in Erie, Pennsylvania in 2021 by three individuals united by a shared passion for helping vulnerable kittens. Our mission began with a simple but powerful goal: to provide care, safety, and loving homes for kittens who have been lost, abandoned, neglected, or mistreated—through no fault of their own.
Founded on the belief that every kitten deserves a second chance, Noelle’s Foster Kittens is committed to assisting kittens in need of rescue and rehoming services.
Our Mission
We are dedicated to alleviating the suffering of stray kittens and pregnant cats in our community. Our rescue provides a safe and nurturing environment where kittens and expectant mothers receive the care they need while awaiting placement in their permanent homes.
Each kitten and cat is placed in a loving, responsible, and committed home through a comprehensive adoption process. We take great care in making thoughtful matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities, long-term commitment, and financial considerations of welcoming a new kitten into their lives.
Our Care
Many of the kittens who come to us arrive sick, undernourished, or in need of urgent medical attention. We provide:
Veterinary examinations and ongoing medical care as needed
FIV/FelV testing (Negative)
Flea treatment and necessary medications
High-quality kitten food and kitten milk replacement
A safe, enriching environment filled with socialization and play
Through attentive medical treatment, proper nutrition, and consistent socialization, our kittens grow into healthy, happy, and affectionate companions. When they leave our care, they are well-adjusted, thriving, and ready to join their forever families.
